Essential Info

Vaccines

Before we perform any service (Boarding, Day Care, Nail Trim, or Bath) we require all dogs and cats have proof from a licensed veterinarian of the following:

Dogs: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza), Leptospirosis, Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

Cats: Rabies, FVRCCP (Feline Herpes, Calicivirus, Chlamydophila, Panleukopenia), FeLV (Feline Leukemia)

  • Pets that are exempt from vaccines by their veterinarian are accepted here. Must have documentation from your veterinarian. Vets occasionally do this for the health and safety of the animal.

We do our best to make this easy on you. You can email it to us at info@VIPetBoarding.com, bring in a hard copy to us, have your vet call us, or give us the info to your vet and we can call them.

Multiple Pet Discount

2 Pets in the same large kennel: 20% discount on both pets

3 Pets in the same large kennel: 30% discount on all 3 pets

Note: Does not apply to pets in different lodgings. We do not allow more than 3 pets in 1 lodging.

Checkout Time

Check-out time is before 10am (except Saturday and Sunday). On Saturday and Sunday, checkout is between 8am - 9am OR 4pm - 5pm.

What do I need to bring?

We provide everything your pet needs to be comfortable. If your pet has never stayed with us, you may schedule a time to meet us and tour the facility. For their stay:

  • Food: We encourage you to bring your pet’s food to ensure they eat the food they are comfortable with while they are with us. Please have their food and treats labeled. It also helps us if you pre-package each meal in zip-lock bags. Please do not bring large dog food bags. Exceptions are available for long term lodging guests. Note: If needed, we will provide our in-house food at no extra charge which is a digestive-friendly premium prescription food.

  • Collars/leads: Do not leave your leash. We have leashes. You may leave a collar with identifying information.

  • Medication: If your pet is on any prescription medication, the medication must be in the original packaging from your veterinarian with instructions (additional fee applies).

  • Additional items: You're welcome to bring small blankets and bedding. We are unable to wash beds and blankets that your pet gets dirty.

  • Toys: You are welcome to bring up to 3 toys but, no rope toys or rawhide's are allowed. Please make sure all belongings are labeled with your pet's name prior to check-in.

Extended Stays

  • 10 Days - 10% off

  • 15 Days - 12.5% off

  • 30 Days - 15% off

Late Checkout

  • A $10 surcharge will be added to checkout after 10am. We have kennels that are scheduled for the whole day so picking up a pet late means that someone who has the kennel scheduled will not be able to have access to the kennel and possibly not be able to drop their pet off with us at their scheduled time.
